Translated Poem : Remembrance

~Suraj Rana~Suraj Rana
Trans : Mandira Sapkota

Neither you wanted to be missed
Nor I promised not to forget you
For no reasons
With no conditions
I’m habitual to miss you every moment

Each time I try
Not to remember you
Exactly than
Every single things of the world
Stand against me
Like the lights
Rise with your glimpse
Like the air
Blows your smell
Like the rain
Falls with the feelings of your presence
Like the flowers
Resembles your beauty

I miss you the way
Like the prime begins
in early teens of a girl
Like the arrival of happiness
With the spring season
I miss you the way
Like the dew falls
From a leaf
During early morning
Like the river falls Continually
From the lap of mountains

My dear,
If you can permit me
Shall I try
If I remember you or not
When I stop my breath?
