Poem : Child Rights And The Street Boys

~Abhishek Bhandari~

I walked through the streets
I walked through the lanes
I see the folks mistreats
And I feel their tearful pains.

They revealed their ragged backs
They showed their severish shelter
They presented their dumpy sacks
But no declaration cause this to alter

I seek the rights on their back
I fetch the rights on their pains
True conventions really do lack
Vicarious declarations can’t lead to gains

Let their rights come to be truth
Let their bag be full of books
Let they take the stomachful broth
Let the rich put them no hooks

Only then their pains vanish
Only then their tears end
Only then their rights will flourish
Only then they bloom to ascend.
