म सँग लुकाउछ दुःख पीर नमज्जा लाग्छ
ऊ आफ्नै मान्छे हो आखिर नमज्जा लाग्छ
रहरहरू छुन नपाउदै टुक्रा टुक्रा हुन्छन्
सीसा जस्तै भयो तक्दिर नमज्जा लाग्छ
बा आमालाई आश्रम छोडेर आउछ छोरो
भगवान खोज्न जान्छ मन्दिर नमज्जा लाग्छ
काडा बिछ्याउला बरु शत्रुले म हिड्ने बाटोमा
आफ्ना खाल्डो खन्न छन माहिर नमज्जा लाग्छ
बाध्यता बस् जाडो खायो सडकको बालकले
धनिको फेशनमा नाङ्गो शरीर नमज्जा लाग्छ
नेपाली उखान
