A bird always sings the song of light
the song of dawn
against the dark, deep and desolate night
The moon fights against the darkness
the glowworm fights too
While fighting against the night
the stars die out one by one
when the light is still far away
even after the moon and glowworms and stars have died all
the bird sings the song of freedom chirping
it ever sings the songs of light
The bird loves a free, boundless forest
more than a cage of gold
there is no God greater than freedom
for a bird
The bird ever sings against the cage
flapping its wings
ever erecting its comb
it sings against all bondage
the bird ever sings the songs of freedom
The bird feeds itself
The bird weaves the shelter itself
It does everything for its own sake
The bird ever sings the song of karma and novel creation
obstructions may come on the way, however ….
I too wish to fight against the darkness
would like to bang against the bondage
would like to be all free
in the likeness of the bird
would like to sing the song of awareness
truly
I would like to sing the song of bird.
