Feeling cold
Tranquil
Motionless
Self-confident
Gently kissed by the light
Held by the still hands of the lake-like arms
Of the fellow trees, paths and water
Kissed
Kissed by the warm rays of the sun
Hugged by the sky

[Manjul (b. 1947) is a poet, lyricist and cultural activist of high repute. Born in Bojpur District of Nepal, Manjul started writing in 1957.
