आमाकै काखमा
आज जीवन
टुहुरो लाग्छ,
शीतल छायाको
माया पनि
बिरानो लाग्छ ।
यी बाटा र हिलाम्मे पाईलाहरु
छरपष्ट हराएका आफन्तहरु
ता पनि
यहाँ जीवनअझै बा‘की छ जस्तो लाग्छ,
आऊ साथी
भमरा भई नजाऊ !
यो माटोमा अझै
कमलको पात झैँ सफा
अनि फूल झैँ स्वच्छ
जीवनको गंध आउँछ ।
