Micro Story : Who is she?

~Eagam Khaling~

In a Coffee Café, a lady seated on a chair expresses her feelings by singing some pieces of self-composed songs to a stranger and even asks his name and mobile number through a song. But the man without any interest in the lady keeps drinking his coffee. After sometimes, the lady gains a huge frustration from the attitude of the man, and suddenly snatches the cup from his hand, and bangs on the floor, then gets straight her way out, grumbling and stamping her legs.

The man without any reaction pays the bill of all that coffee, cup, and service charges. The Café’s manager asks the man, in an utter surprise, “The lady said you a ‘Torma’, what does that mean?” This time the man answers being little over conscious, “I think a ‘Torma’ may mean something imperceptible like ‘great’ or ‘extraordinary’. But, I am not that much common in the Nepali language.” The manager eagerly asked him again, “Who is she?”

The gentleman couldn’t say anything, because, at that particular moment, he had no idea who she is. But when he remembers something, hastily runs out of the café, leaving his notebook and laptop on the table.
