Poem : These days

~Sunny Gurung~

With misery as a milestone between
every yesterdays and todays,
Tomorrow is a trail but barred
with no route to forge ahead nor recede back
Because, if light is meant for a fugutive
and darkness to an elusive,
It’s hard to predict the predator and prey here
for the world is too undercover
with almost men in disguise,
Venturing in vain toward a Mayday
into the flight of Twenty-first Century.

With the late approach of black hole-
a new welcome,
And the last regard for Pluto-
a goodbye,
It seems heaven is now beyond humen reach
Here thesedays-
with so faceless the earth
and godless the universe,
Nothing more is Peace, but a poor beggar.
